Pedro Caeiro
Chairman
Mr. Pedro Caeiro is Chairman, Founder and Partner of Aurora FundAdmin Limited.
He is a Portuguese national having been active within the financial services industry for more than 25 years, mainly in Private Banking and Asset Management. Pedro worked in Lisbon (2001 – 2008), Madrid (2008 – 2010) and Dubai since 2011 working on in first line banking and private banking, crossing Commercial and Operations roles.
In 2001 joined (NB – Novo Banco) crossing all functions in commercial banking until be a RM of affluent clients (individuals and corporate) in 2003. From 2007 until December 2010, he embraced an international career working in NB Succursal en España (Spain Branch) and ES Gestión where he worked in Product and Marketing Services, supporting the team for asset allocation, monitoring, managing, and preparing portfolios of investment funds, structures products, bonds. Also to maintain the interdepartmental relations between several departments withing the bank (Portugal and Spain). Also in Spain, Pedro become an RM to support the Affluent and Private Banking clients.
Pedro moved to Dubai in January 2011 and until the end of 2015 he worked as a RM in a Category 1 bank regulated by the DFSA, to managing and supporting Professional Clients (individuals and corporate) from Spain and Portuguese speaking countries. In April 2016, Pedro joined Blue Target Advisors (now BTA Finance Limited) in the DIFC where held the role of Head of Wealth Management until April 2018 and then was appointed as Head of Operations until the present date. Pedro has extensive experience in the Finance Industry across different areas such as commercial, asset management, private banking and operations / back office.
Pedro has a bachelor’s in Management and Business Administration, a Post Graduation degree in Marketing and Business Communication and a Management Program in INSEAD (May 2008).

With more than 20 years of experience across Financial services, Fund Services Strategy, Consulting, Strategic Sales and Business development, Rohit has held senior roles across the UAE, Europe, Canada and India.
Rohit currently serves as Senior Executive Officer and Board Member of AURORA FundAdmin Limited, a DFSA-regulated fund administration firm based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). At AURORA, he is involved in building and growing the firm’s institutional fund administration business, with a focus on establishing a scalable operating platform and delivering high standards of governance, transparency and operational discipline.
Prior to AURORA, Rohit built his career across a range of international organisations, developing extensive experience in business strategy, consulting, commercial leadership and business development. His work has involved developing new markets, building strategic partnerships and supporting the growth of businesses across multiple jurisdictions.
Over the course of his career, Rohit has worked across the Middle East, Europe, Canada and India, giving him a broad international perspective and a deep understanding of working across diverse markets, cultures and regulatory environments.
Rohit studied at Coventry University in the United Kingdom.
Sérgio Martinho

Mr. Sérgio Martinho is a Portuguese National, is the CFO & Director of Aurora FundAdmin Limited.
During his professional career for more than 20 years, he crossed several areas of expertise as an Auditor, Advisor, Director and CFO. Main skills are cover management, policies, Treasury control, Risk control, Banking, Finance, audit and internal control services
For 10 years he has worked in KPMG, Portugal as a Manager Audit (Sep 2004 to May 2016) focusing on audit, controls’ functions, Internal Control and Risk based approach (including Basel) in multi-geography engagements, implementation of projects linked to IFRS 9 and IFRS 16, Transfer Pricing framework for Financial Groups, acquisitions and mergers in several markets, risk based audits (internal & external). Also, for KPMG Mozambique acting as Senior Manager (Sep 2017 to June 2018)
In financial services itself, he worked for several Financial Institutions & Consulting Firms: International division at Novo Banco, Portugal (Sep 2013 to May 2016). Senior Manager / Head of Audit at RSM. Mozambique (May 2016 to May 2017). CFO at First Merchant Bank, Malawi (June 2018 to June 2019). CFO at International Investment Bank (CV), Cape Verde (from June 2019 to Sep 2023). And since September 2023 Senior Manager at BTA Finance Limited, Dubai, UAE.
Mr. Sérgio Martinho has a bachelor’s in management from ISCTE (University) in 2004. Post Graduation in Management Control in the same university.
Ricciardo Ricciardelli

Ricciardo Ricciardelli is a seasoned investment professional with over 25 years of experience spanning asset management, investment banking, and private equity across Europe and the Middle East.
He started his career at Banca Commerciale Italiana in Frankfurt – Germany as a Credit Analyst in 1999. In 2006 Ricciardo joined Morgan Stanley, London as a Vice President supporting the bank and its clients in investment decisions on Pan-Euro Banks. He then moved to work for some of the most successful global Hedge Funds (Millennium Capital and Brevan Howard) to manage L/S Equity portfolios.
Relocating to the Middle East, Ricciardo pivoted to PE investments and over the past decade he specialized in the DIFC and ADGM financial instruments and ecosystem. He currently holds the position of Vice President – Investments of Threestones Capital (MEA) Ltd. (Cat.4) as well as CIO of Alpha Capital (DIFC) Ltd (Cat.3C) and of VantageBridge Partners Ltd (ADGM Cat.4).
Ricciardo holds a BA in Literature and Philosophy from La Sapienza University of Rome and an MBA from LUISS University of Rome.
He is fluent in English, German, and French.
Akanksha Deodhagle
Head of Operations
Akanksha is the Head of Operations and Accounting at Aurora Fund Administration Limited, a DFSA-registered fund administrator. A Chartered Accountant with a B.Com from Nagpur, she brings six years of experience in private equity fund accounting and controlling.
She began her career at CSC Global, where she spent two years building her foundation in fund services, before joining Apollo Global Management as an Associate, Private Equity Fund Controller. Over four years at Apollo she managed complex fund structures spanning multiple currencies and jurisdictions and led fund liquidations from start to close.
At Aurora, Akanksha oversees the firm’s operations and accounting functions, combining technical depth in fund controllership with a focus on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and service to investors and fund managers.
Kriti Sinha

Kriti Sinha is the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Company Secretary at AURORA FundAdmin Limited, where she oversees regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering (AML/CFT), and corporate governance frameworks.
With a multidisciplinary legal and financial background, Kriti holds professional credentials as a Company Secretary (CS) and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), along with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.). This combination of expertise enables her to translate complex financial crime risks and regulatory requirements into practical, risk-based compliance and governance solutions.
At AURORA, she is dedicated to safeguarding the organisation against financial crime, strengthening governance standards, and navigating the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. Her core professional focus includes financial crime prevention, corporate governance, and emerging regulatory developments.
